Fundigo is a licensed mortgage broker. We collect the information needed for your loan application, follow all lender guidelines, and submit your application to lenders on your behalf. We are not a lender and do not make final credit decisions.

All loans are subject to approval by the lender, and rates, terms, and availability may change without notice. Nothing on our website constitutes a commitment to lend or an offer of credit. Pre-qualifications and pre-approvals are subject to verification and final underwriting approval.

3 Electronic Communications

By using our services, you agree to receive communications from us electronically:

• Emails about your mortgage application and account
• Text messages for notifications and updates
• In-app notifications
• Phone calls, which may include automated systems

You also agree to conduct business with us electronically. This means submitting applications online, receiving documents digitally, and using electronic signatures where the law allows. Electronic records and signatures carry the same legal weight as paper documents and handwritten signatures under the E-SIGN Act.
